1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any Droyce service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Droyce immediately. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
2. Our services
Droyce provides ecommerce analytics services, including data processing, insight generation, strategic recommendations, and related tools through our platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Access to certain features may be subject to the plan you are subscribed to. Droyce will clearly communicate what is included in each plan.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering and using the platform.
All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Notifying us immediately at support@droyce.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Droyce only for lawful purposes. You must not:
— Use the platform to process illegal data or engage in fraudulent activity
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our platform
— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
— Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content of any kind
— Access or attempt to access other users’ data or accounts
— Use Droyce to violate the privacy or rights of any third party
5. Intellectual property
All content, features, methodologies, algorithms, designs, and branding on the Droyce platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Droyce and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data and the insights generated from your data belong to you. Droyce claims no ownership over the data you upload or the reports generated exclusively from your data.
6. Payment & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Droyce reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
Droyce provides analytics insights and strategic recommendations as informational tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or the accuracy of insights in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droyce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Droyce in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Droyce reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Droyce’s registered jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and via a platform notice at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of Droyce after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
